South Tampa Chamber of Commerce New Teacher Welcome Week

New Teacher Welcome Week, formerly known as the New Teacher Breakfast is back again this year! The South Tampa Chamber partners with 17 local schools every year to support incoming teachers. Chamber member business are invited to sponsor a school for the week to show their appreciation for the teachers. Prior to the week, the chamber school supply drive will help assist in the preparation of 150+ new teacher gift bags. Each business will then be responsible for delivering the gift bags to their sponsored school during the week.

During New Teacher Welcome Week, check in on the South Tampa Chamber Facebook page to watch a Facebook Live at one of our South Tampa schools. We will highlight our 17 schools and the business who have sponsored them through out the entire week.
