Vik Bhide is the Director of Mobility for the City of Tampa. With over 18 years of research, consulting, and local government experience in urban mobility, his duties include overseeing the City's transportation, parking, and stormwater initiatives and leading the City's Intersection of Innovation program. Additionally, Bhide worked with FDOT, USF, and regional stakeholders on behalf of the City of Tampa to form the Tampa Bay Smart Cities Alliance, a public-private-academic alliance whose goal is to improve Tampa's transportation, safety, and mobility..
Harry Cohen is a member of the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners representing Westshore as part of District 1. He was elected in 2020 and re-elected in 2022. He also represented Westshore as a member of the Tampa City Council from 2011-2019. Commissioner Cohen is the Chairman of Tampa Bay Water and serves on the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority, Hillsborough Transportation Planning Organization, and Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council boards.
