About our Presenting Sponsor - Midtown Tampa is a 23-acre mixed-use development in Tampa, Florida. It has over 1.8 million square feet of retail, residential, office, entertainment, and hospitality space. Key retail tenants announced so far include Whole Foods, REI Co-Op, Shake Shack, Sephora, Ben & Jerry's and Ballard Designs. There are 390 residential units in Novel Midtown Tampa. The development also includes 230 hotel rooms in a dual-branded Aloft and Element hotel, 4 acres of public space, 4,500 parking spaces and construction is ongoing for phase two with new office buildings still being built. The project is expected to be fully built out in 2025. The $1 billion development is intended to connect downtown and Westshore Tampa and catalyze development in the surrounding area.
