Hill Ward Henderson is pleased to announce the addition of five attorneys to the firm, Lisa A. Haidermota, Dustin D. Hammonds, Richard M. Harrylal, Aaron D. Ostler and Emily S. Weaver.
Haidermota is senior counsel in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Group. She earned her J.D. from the Walter F. George School of Law and an LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law. Haidermota has over 25 years of experience from her time with the Internal Revenue Service, where she focused on federal estate and gift taxation and business valuation. In addition, she operated her own boutique firm, Lisa Anne Haidermota, P.A., where she concentrated on probate and guardianship administration.
Hammonds is an associate in the Land Use Group. His practice includes a broad range of land use matters such as residential subdivisions, multi-family and mixed-use developments, zoning, variances, design exceptions, and due diligence. Hammonds graduated from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.
Harrylal is an associate in the Construction and Design Group. He represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in matters involving construction design and defect claims, project management, and real property development. Harrylal earned his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law.
Ostler is an associate whose practice focuses on federal and state tax planning related to business transactions. He advises clients on the tax implications of entity formation, operations, ownership changes, sales, and reorganizations of C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and LLCs. Aaron also handles general business and corporate matters, including joint ventures, acquisitions, reorganizations, and equity incentive plans. Ostler graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, and he received an LL.M from New York University School of Law.
Weaver is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Group. She advises clients across industries on commercial transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing. Her work spans various asset classes, and she is experienced in negotiating and documenting complex real estate deals. Weaver graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
