With three decades of service at Hill Ward Henderson, Fulton currently leads the firm’s strategic planning efforts, fosters a culture of collaboration, and champions operational excellence. He plays a vital role in shaping the firm’s long-term vision and ensuring alignment with its mission and values. Fulton also contributes his leadership on several key internal committees, including Management, Compensation, Shareholder, Diversity & Inclusion, and Wellness.

Earlier in his legal career, Fulton was retained as statewide counsel for an automobile manufacturer, a testament to the trust he inspires in his clients. Over the years, he has defended prominent national and international corporations in complex product liability cases across Florida and other U.S. jurisdictions.

A passionate advocate for education, Fulton serves on the HWH Scholarship Committee, which awards scholarships to need-based high school seniors who demonstrate academic achievement, strong character, and commitment to community service.

Deeply involved in the community, Fulton currently co-chairs the American Heart Association Lawyers with Heart for the Tampa Bay Heart Walk, serves as a member of Executives with Heart, and recently held a position on the Heart Walk Executive Committee. His civic engagement extends to numerous local organizations, including the George Edgecomb Bar Association, Miles for Moffitt, the Heart Ball, and Meals on Wheels, where he proudly represents the firm at community events and fundraisers.

Fulton’s professional affiliations include the Product Liability Advisory Council, Defense Research Institute, Florida Defense Lawyers Association, The Trial Network, and the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel. He currently serves as a Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.
