This position reports to the Cheerleading & Mascot Manager.  Captain Fear is a part-time position that serves to promote Tampa Bay Buccaneers at home games, as well as in the Tampa Bay area. The mascot performer must be an upbeat, outgoing individual with the ability to interact with all types of people. Captain Fear is a vital component of the in-game experience at Raymond James Stadium.  Candidates must be comfortable performing regularly in front of thousands of fans.
