The Community Coordinator is the face of Venture X. This role is customer facing and responsible for creating an exceptional member experience by building relationships, managing daily operations, supporting events, and fostering a vibrant, professional community.
Welcome and assist members, guests, and prospective clients with professionalism and warmth
Build strong relationships with members to enhance retention and satisfaction
Coordinate community events, networking activities, and partnerships
Manage front desk operations, mail, bookings, and basic administrative tasks
Support tours, onboarding, and member communication
Maintain the appearance and organization of the workspace
Collaborate with management on community engagement initiatives
Handle member requests and resolve issues promptly and positively
Assist with social media and marketing content related to community activities (if applicable)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
Professional, friendly, and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Basic computer and office technology proficiency
